Returns and refund policy

We want you to love your Western Tennis products. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Start a return: email wyattanderson123@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with instructions.

Notes:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/defective.
• Sale or discounted items may be ineligible for return.
• Exchanges

For size/color exchanges, contact wyattanderson123@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you to get the right fit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you. If approved, refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged/Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email wyattanderson123@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve it promptly.
