Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer standard shipping across the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Western Tennis Co. is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or carrier-related issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at wyattanderson123@gmail.com, and we’ll help you locate it.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery or issue a refund once the order has shipped.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at wyattanderson123@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging.
We will replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
